Okay, you can't just create a lotus flower and NOT make a version that looks like the most iconic Magic: The Gathering card of all time: Black Lotus. After I finished with the original lotus flower, I re-skinned it to look how I interpreted a Black Lotus might look in real life. I did take a couple cues from Chris Rahn's Black Lotus artwork.
